Yes, it is possible to shop with us without creating an account and checking out as a guest. However we recommend to register an account to have the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses and view your orders history.

Question Is it possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to cancel an order once it is confirmed.

Question Is it possible to exchange items?
Answer

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange items. If you need to change item, you would have to return it asking for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. If you want to change the size of the item purchased please contact us at customercare@melampo.eu. If the item on the size requested is available you can proceed with the return and we will send the correct size as soon as we will receive the parcel back. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and we recommend to return the items with a certified postal service to be able to track the shipment of your parcel. 

Question How can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at Melampo.eu, you have the possibility to return the products to us.
You have just to send an email to customercare@melampo.eu and once your return request will be approved you can proceed with the shipment of the items you have to return to us
You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you received your package.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and we recommend to return the items with a certified postal service to be able to track the shipment of your parcel. 
We reserve the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only refund products which are in the original condition as shipped.
No returns are allowed for made to order and archive items.

Question When will I receive my refund?

When your return will be received at our warehouse, we will process the return within 2 working days. When the refund will be issued, it may take up to 14 business days before the amount is in your account. We will issue the refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

To avoid overproduction and chipping in to make the fashion industry more sustainable, most of the Melampo items are produced on request. This means they are especially for you and no one else.

Answer

The shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the item you have purchased and/or on any customizations associated with the order. Different styles may have different delivery shipping times so please refer to the information you find at each item.

Question Is it possible to cancel a Made to order item once it has been confirmed?

Yes, is it possible to cancel a Made to order item within 24 hours of purchase.
